The Planning Department is located on the First Floor, City Hall South, next to the Building Department and Engineering Division. Oceanside City Hall is located at 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside 92054; the Civic Center is one block north of Mission Avenue on Coast Highway between Pier View Way and Civic Center Drive. Parking is available on Pier View Way and the Civic Center Parking Structure on Civic Center Drive. Map (6 MB) The Department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday. The Department is closed on alternating Fridays and legal holidays.
