How do I get a construction meter?

Obtain the Construction Meter form from the Water Utilities Administration Office or online.  Fill out the form and submit to the Water Utilities Department at City Hall at 300 N. Coast Hwy.  It usually takes 24 hours to have a construction meter placed after payment is received.
