How do I get a construction meter?
Obtain the Construction Meter form from the Water Utilities Administration Office or the Water Utilities Department's Webpage.  Fill out the form and submit to the Water Utilities Department at City Hall.  It usually takes 24 hours to have a construction meter placed after payment is received.
