Lobbyist registration can now be completed online. To get started, download the appropriate forms from the list below. The forms can be completed electronically, then submitted via email. These forms work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other pdf readers are not guaranteed to provide full functionality.
The submit button on the form will open your default email program to a new message addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
. You may add attachments, such as photos, and submit. This will send your form and any attachments to the City Clerk's Office for processing.
You can also save the files to your local machine, then attach them to a new message and send them via email to email@example.com
