Using eTRAKiT

eTRAKiT provides access to permits, projects, and cases for information regarding status of inspections and reviews. Registered users, also, have the ability to pay certain fees online via credit card payments. For step by step instructions, please see the eTRAKiT User Manual.

Applying For Permits Online

This feature is only available to properly licensed contractors. Currently, permit types that are available online include the following:

Single Family Dwellings

  • Air Conditioner Replacement
  • FAU Replacement
  • Water Repipe
  • Water Heater Replacement
  • Roofing
  • Temporary Power Pole

Contractors who would like to utilize this feature may fill out the eTRAKiT User Registration Application and submit it to the Building Division counter or send it in to the contact information below.
