Become a City Vendor

If you are interested in being placed on our vendor list, please send a letter on your letterhead to the City of Oceanside, 300 N. Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, attention Purchasing with a detailed explanation of the goods and services you offer or use our on-line registration. We will place you in our database and route any marketing material you may want to include to the most likely users in the City.

All Vendors doing business with the City of Oceanside are required to complete the Vendor Application Packet  (207 KB). Download the packet, complete and send original to your contact at the City of Oceanside. 

If you are not a City of Oceanside Vendor, please register via our on-line registration to be considered for future opportunities. 

If you are a Section 3 Business concern, please register via the Section 3 Business Registry to be notified of qualifying projects.

Become a Registered Licensed Contractor

If you are interested in being placed on our registered contractor list, please use our on-line registration form. Please complete all the information on the form including your active contractor’s license number, class(es) and description of the type of specialty you provide. We will place you in our database to be considered for future opportunities.

The City purchases and contracts for a wide variety of supplies, services, equipment, and consultant services in order to provide our community a full range of municipal services and programs.

The City of Oceanside currently operates under a decentralized purchasing system. Each department is responsible for advertising and providing information on their bid items.
