City of Oceanside Surplus Property

The City of Oceanside is soliciting Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purchase of surplus vacant real property in the City of Oceanside. The parcel is briefly described as follows: 

    Road south of Fire Mountain Dr. (0.74 ac.)

Interested parties need to contact Curtis M. Jackson with the City of Oceanside in Property Management at (760) 435-5163 to obtain a detailed RFP information packet. Completed RFP’s must be submitted by 4:00 pm, December 7, 2011 for consideration. The City of Oceanside reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any or all aspects of this solicitation.
