| | Administrative Citations - Overview Code Enforcement Division
The Code Enforcement Division may issue administrative citations for violations of any applicable code. The administrative process allows the City to respond to violations more efficiently, while reducing the time and expense associated with criminal prosecution. Criminal and/or other legal processes remain available, however, for those violations not suited to the administrative process.
The City of Oceanside adheres to the State of California approved fee schedule
