• Rehabilitation for single-family homes and mobilehomes
• Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) Rental Assistance

Location & Office Hours

The Housing Division offices are located at 321 North Nevada Street, Oceanside, California. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.  The main phone line is 760-435-3360; TTY service is available. The facsimile number is 760-757-9076.
