Manufactured Home Improvement Program (MHIP)

This program provides a grant to owner-occupants of manufactured homes in the City of Oceanside to fix up their residences.

Qualifications

Owner-occupant of home renting space at one of Oceanside's mobile home parks
Total household income below 80 percent of County Median Income, but above 50 percent of County Median Income applies for matching grant ($1 to $1)
Total household income below 50 percent of County Median Income applies for non-matching grant
