Joe Balderrama Park and Community Center Master Plan

The Oceanside City Council approved the community process for a master plan of the Joe Balderrama Park and Community Center on June 6, 2007. Three community meetings were held from Fall 2007 through Spring 2008 resulting in the following Master Plan Report.
