The City of Oceanside offers a wide range of adult sports programs and drop-in play for all skill levels. Leagues and sports classes change seasonally. Walk-in registration ONLY for all leagues; sorry no online registration. Packets for Adult Leagues can be picked up at the Beach Recreation Center, located at 300 North The Strand. All Indoor Adult Sports activities are played at either the:

Outdoor Adult Sports Activities are scheduled at the following Oceanside City Parks with sports fields:

- Luiseno Park
- Capistrano Park
- Mance Buchanon Park

Drop-in play schedule:
Melba Bishop Recreation Center, M, W, F; 12noon-2pm
Beach Recreation Center, 2:00 -5:00 pm Monday thru Friday for the summer.
Note: Schedule subject to change during basketball season or for building rentals.
Beach Recreation Center, W; 6pm-8:30pm

If you love Oceanside Adult Sports, think about giving back and becoming a Volunteer Youth Coach! The best way to share your love of the game is with eager little ones just starting out!
Volunteer Coaching Program! Become a volunteer youth sports coach. This is a rewarding and fun way to give back to the community! All applicants are required to be finger printed and then must clear a background check before they are allowed to work with our youths and teens.
