Regulatory Reports

The City of Oceanside Clean Water Program (CWP) has developed management plans that guide how the City will improve water quality in its surface waters. Annually the CWP submits reports to the Regional Water Quality Control Board demonstrating how the City has met the requirements of the MS4 permit. The Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Plan (JURMP) 2008 contains a description of specific tasks the City will implement, or require to be implemented, to comply with the MS4 permit. Below is a link to the JURMP 2008 document and its associated appendices.
