The City of Oceanside Clean Water Program (CWP) has developed management plans that guide how the City will improve water quality in its surface waters. Annually the CWP submits reports to the Regional Water Quality Control Board demonstrating how the City has met the requirements of the MS4 permit. Jurisdictional
The Jurisdictional Urban Runoff Management Plan (JURMP) 2008 contains a description of specific tasks the City will implement, or require to be implemented, to comply with the MS4 permit.
JURMP Annual Reports are a written account of the overall program conducted by the City of Oceanside to meet permit requirements during the reporting period from July 1 – June 30 of each year.
The Watershed Urban Runoff Management Plan (WURMP) 2008 for the San Luis Rey Watershed describes the activities that the City of Oceanside, City of Vista and the County of San Diego (collectively called Copermittees) are implementing or will implement to ensure compliance with the MS4 Permit.
