The Oceanside Water Utilities Speakers’ Bureau program is a free service offering water use efficiency presentations to community groups. The information provided is further supported with a variety of water use efficiency literature. The Speakers’ Bureau is a public service provided as a part of City’s overall commitment to enhancing water use efficiency awareness. This service is also available in Spanish.
