Book Clubs 2012 -- Oceanside Public Library

Make it your New Year's resolution to join a book club. The Oceanside Public Library book clubs invite you to join us! The four clubs bring together community members that are interested in books and good conversations. 

The Mission Branch Library club will meet January 3, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. and will discuss The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. The Mission Branch is located at 3861 Mission Avenue.

The Country Club Lane Senior Center book club, 455 Country Club Lane, will meet January 26, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. and discuss Shanghai Girls by Lisa See. The Book Noir club will meet January 27, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Library and will discuss In Watermelon Sugar by Richard Brautigan. The Civic Center Library club will meet on January 31, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Library, and will discuss The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane by Katherine Howe.

The clubs are free, meet monthly, and everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be served.
