Brooks Street Pool Reopens

The City of Oceanside is pleased to announce that the resurfacing project at Brooks Street Pool is complete and will re-open on Monday, January 23, 2012.  The pool is located at 130 Brooks Street and offers a wide array of swimming options.  The pool opens daily at 6:00 a.m. for lap swimming.  Fees and additional information are available on the City Website at www.ci.oceanside.ca.us.  

Brooks Street Pool is home to the Masters Swim Program, Oceanside High School and El Camino High School Swim and Water Polo teams, and the youth competitive swim program, Oceanside Swim Club.  An Aqua-fit program is offered for a low-impact exercise option.  Youth and adult swimming lessons will be offered over the summer; register early to secure the time and day needed.

Mark your calendars now for the Summer Camp Kick Off on Saturday, April 21, at Brooks Street Pool from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
