American Girl Mystery Tea Party at the Oceanside Public Library

Oceanside Public Library is hosting its annual American Girl Tea Party on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms, 330 North Coast Highway, and Sunday, May 6, 2012, at 2pm in the Mission Branch Library Community Room, 3861-B Mission Avenue.  Children are invited to bring their favorite doll or stuffed animal and come dressed for tea.  This year's party will feature the American Girl Mystery series that star Marie-Grace Gardner and Cecile Rey, two young girls growing up in New Orleans in the 1850s.  The party is free, for parents and children between the ages of 6 and 12, and will feature stories, crafts, games and tasty treats.  Please sign up in advance at the children’s desk at any of the library locations or by phone.   For more information please call (760) 435-5600 or visit our website at www.oceansidepubliclibrary.org.
