Live to be 100 -- Free Luncheon and Health Seminar

The City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation Division is pleased to announce a free lunch provided by Longevity. Longevity is a company that promotes health and wellness through early detection. Come find out more about being healthy and how you can live to be 100!
Free lunch will be served on Tuesday, August 14, from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. There will be a presentation during the lunch on how to live a healthier life. It will be held at the Community Rooms, 300 North Coast Highway, adjacent to the Civic Center Library.
This is open to Oceanside residents, City employees and anyone employed in Oceanside. While the luncheon/speaker are free, reservations are required at firstname.lastname@example.org.
