Project REACH: Youth Development Program in Oceanside

The City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation Division co-sponsors "The Oceanside REACH Program" at Joe Balderrama Recreation Center and Libby Lake Community Center. The REACH program is an after-school program that promotes healthy lifestyles among teens, including academic, social and cultural education. The program focuses on preventing risky behaviors including: teen pregnancy, school drop-out, drugs and gangs. Youth ages 11-18 years old in middle or high school (traditional or alternative schools) are eligible for all of our programs. For referrals, please contact each individual coordinator below:
