Incident Status
The Oceanside River Fire is contained. Fire personnel are still on scene looking for any hotspots and monitoring the area.

What Citizens Need To Know
The Las Pulgas Fire on Camp Pendleton has been reported to be five percent contained. Oceanside Fire is in touch with Camp Pendleton Fire and is continuously updated on the status of this fire. There is not an immediate threat to Oceanside residents and Oceanside Fire is watching the potential for threat to the community.

Should evacuations be necessary for Oceanside residents, the proper notifications will be implemented through the various media listed above, as well as reverse 9-1-1, and possibly door-to-door or PA notification.
