The Oceanside Public Library, a department of the City of Oceanside, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking qualified vendors to supply and install a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based suite of hardware and software to facilitate checkout and check-in of materials in both self-service and full-service scenarios, including systems for accepting payment and RFID tag conversion.
