On July 14, 2014, the City of Oceanside unveils the “My Oceanside City App,” a free application which will allow citizens to report issues and request services via their mobile device. My Oceanside City App allows residents to submit photos as they discover issues like potholes, graffiti, or litter, and submit them 24 hours a day. The issue will be routed to the correct administrator in the appropriate department. Requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently and the citizen will be notified the instant they are resolved.
The My Oceanside City App can be downloaded free to your smart phone or tablet by visiting the iTunes App store or the Android Marketplace.
