| Purpose: |
The Oceanside Mobile Home Park Financing Authority oversees the management and operations of Laguna Vista Mobile Estates, a 272-space mobile home park, for which the authority has a leasehold interest. The membership of the authority includes the Oceanside City Council, representation from the park resident association, a member of the Planning Commission, and the landowner. The Authority has a regularly scheduled annual meeting, usually in February, to approve the budget and review the operations of the park. |
