9.             HDB: Adoption of a resolution accepting $36,000 in grant funds from the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Boating and Waterways Division awarded to the Oceanside Small Craft Harbor District for the removal and disposal of abandoned, wrecked or dismantled vehicles, or parts thereof, or any other partially submerged objects; approval to appropriate the funds to the Harbor Division; approval of the grant agreement which requires the City to match 10 percent or $3,600 of the grant funds; and authorization for the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and all other required documents

13.          City Council: Approval of the proposed revised City Council Policy 200-11 regarding Interest Earned Allocations to add a new provision that would allocate one-third of the City’s interest earnings, on an annual basis, to assist in paying down of the Unfunded CalPERS Liability, with the goal of reducing long-term CalPERS costs
