With the support of the Library and Parks and Recreation Departments, the Oceanside Cultural Arts Foundation CAF has advanced to Phase 2 for a Levitt BLOC (Building Layers of Community) Grant. This is a Public Voting Phase, and we need your vote to qualify for up to $96K over 3 years to produce a series of FREE, LIVE concerts in O’side parks.

WE NEED TO PROVE HUGE COMMUNITY SUPPORT. It’s going to be a big factor in the decision making process at the Levitt Foundation.
