The City of Oceanside is entering the next phase of the College Boulevard Widening Project and we need your input! The proposed College Boulevard improvement corridor is geared toward enhancing traffic operations, providing congestion relief, reducing queue lengths, and improving safety conditions for people driving, people biking, and people walking.

This will be accomplished through a variety of coordinated improvements including widening of the corridor between Olive Drive and Old Grove Road, traffic signal
modifications, creation of green street design elements, landscaped parkways, landscaped medians, and improved bicycle and pedestrian facilities.

Attend an open house meeting to learn more, view the initial corridor designs, and provide input. The meeting will take place at the El Corazon Senior Center, located at 3302 Senior Center Drive from 6-8p.m. on August 16, 2023.
