North County Transit – San Diego Railroad (NCTD) is working on an Access and Safety Action Plan (ASAP) to make transit safe, efficient, and easy for all riders — especially those who currently face the greatest barriers to using the system.  Whether it’s the design of a station or the services offered when you need them most, NCTD wants to know what’s working — and what’s not.
