Members of the public and organizations may submit requests for City documents in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250) in person, by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. These will be processed in accordance with the Public Records Act.

A deposit may be required for public records requests that may necessitate a large number of paper copies or other media be provided. This will be determined after review of the requested material and prior to copies being produced.
