Alcoholic Beverage Control Underage Decoy Operation

November 23, 2021 

On November 18, 2021, Detectives from the Oceanside Police Department’s Vice Unit conducted a minor decoy operation to check on compliance at off-sale alcohol retail establishments within the City of Oceanside. The Minor Decoy Program uses supervised individuals under the age of 20, who attempt to purchase alcohol at licensed premises.

Measure X Projects Update

Dine-In Restaurants & In-Store Retail to Reopen
