The mission of the Fleet Management Division is to support all city departments by providing quality service and maintenance on vehicles and equipment in an efficient and reliable manner.


Notice to Bidders

The City of Oceanside will conduct an online reverse auction for bids for the following fuels:

Unleaded Gasoline, Ethanol 10%
Renewable Diesel

Notice is hereby given that the City of Oceanside, California, hereinafter referred to as Oceanside, will conduct an online reverse auction for bids for the above listed fuel purchases at 11:00 AM PDT on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

To participate in the auction interested bidders must fill-out a capabilities survey and submit your opening bid for the auction no later than Friday, June 22, at 12:00 PM PDT.

Oceanside has contracted with K2 Sourcing to facilitate the bidding process.  Bids will only be accepted through the K2 Sourcing website.

All bidders must register at http://requests.k2sourcing.com/register/cityofoceanside. It is free to register.

If you have previously registered you may update your profile by logging in at http://requests.k2sourcing.com and clicking on MyProfile. If you need help accessing the system email support@k2sourcing.com.

After registration is received or updated, bidders will receive a username and password to the K2 Sourcing site and instructions.

City of Oceanside reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids pursuant to State law and local bidding procedures.

City of Oceanside reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
