The City of Oceanside's (GIS) serves the geographic information needs of all city departments and Oceanside residents, businesses, and developers. The City of Oceanside seeks to promote the use of GIS technology, and to facilitate public access to the City's spatial data. The City specific GIS Data is created, compiled, managed and maintained by a GIS Group that is comprised of City staff working in various departments. Oceanside strives to help meet the changing needs of government and the public by providing the following useful geographic data and maps to the City departments and the general public.

The Engineering Division, in conjunction with the Water/Utility Department's GIS staff, generated the maps listed herein. SANGIS parcel data is used to provide property information. SANGIS parcel data is updated on a regular basis to provide the latest changes to the property information.
