The Subdivision Section is responsible for:
- Providing project entitlement review, comments, and conditions for the Engineering Division
- Reviewing and processing of plans for all development-related Construction, Grading and Erosion Control, Street Improvement, Landscape, Final Map, Parcel Map, Lot Line Adjustment, Easement and Right-Of-Way Dedication and Vacation, Encroachment Removal Agreement, Flood and Storm Water Management
- Issuing grading and right-of-way permits
- Land Development Inspection
- Retaining and maintaining the Engineering Division’s infrastructure record drawings, reports, and related public and private project information
- Working as a liaison and coordinator between Planning, Building, Transportation, and other City divisions, as well as contractors, developers, private companies, property owners and engineers working on new or existing land development projects
