Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (DCC&R):

• Standard DCC&R Form

Most of the projects are initially submitted to the Planning Division for review. During this Initial/Entitlement process all departments review the project proposal and set conditions for approval of the project. The City requires the project developer/owner to record the DCC&R. The conditions of approval or CC&R must be attached to the standard form for Declaration of CC&R and be recorded soon as CC&R is approved and signed by the City.
