Typically, unless shown on a map, the dedication drawing is prepared on a (8.5" x 11") size Sheet by a land surveyor licensed by the State of California and accompanied with a grant deed and legal description. The requirement for dedication of right-of-way is a condition of approval from an approved discretionary action (land use permit or tentative map).
