The Developer’s Conference provides an informal forum for prospective applicants to receive preliminary input from City staff on conceptual plans that may or may not ultimately evolve into formal application submittals. These conferences do not constitute public meetings.

Developer's Conferences are held in person (up to 3 people) with the option via Teams for additional applicant staff. Staff will provide a Teams link upon confirmation of the meeting date and time for those on the applicant's team not attending in person.

• A PDF of specific questions directed to each Division for discussion at the meeting.  Please note that only questions submitted by the deadline will be answered at the meeting.

Please pay your invoice upon receipt and email the required documents in PDF format to the Planner of the Day by the respective due date. Staff will confirm meeting date availability and provide invoice. Meetings will be tentative until payment and required documents are accepted. Staff will email applicant(s) upon application acceptance and provide next steps.
