Draft Recirculated Program Environmental Impact Report (Draft RPEIR) -  Available for Public Review

Following the previous public review period in June 2024, the City has revised the General Plan Update, Smart & Sustainable Corridors Specific Plan, Climate Action Plan Update and associated environmental documents based on community input and technical review. We invite public review and feedback on the project’s Draft Recirculated Program Environmental Impact Report (Draft RPEIR) during the 45-day public review period from December 18, 2025, through February 1, 2026.

The Draft RPEIR is available for review at the links below. Comments may be submitted during the 45-day public review period (December 18, 2025 – February 1, 2026) via email to gpu_2_deir@oceansideca.org.
