Applications will not be taken, and no names or other information will be collected for any waitlist or qualification process until the Developer has opened their interest list process. Developers will open an interest list once construction is nearly complete with a subsequent lottery held to determine initial lease-up or purchase of affordable housing. Anticipated completion dates and availability to apply or purchase affordable housing may change based on the developer construction schedule.
