Rent amounts and formulas are different at each community. Most of the apartment complexes have waiting lists. Contact the property managers at the properties you’re interested in to find out about their waiting time, eligibility requirements and actual rental rates.

Independent Living or Group Living Arrangements
Independent living is sponsored in privately-owned homes or complexes that provide housing typically for adults with mental illness and other disabling health conditions in a shared living environment. They serve residents that do not need medication oversight, are able to function without supervision, and live independently.

Income Eligibility and Affordable Housing Costs
People earning a low- to moderate- income – up to 120% of the area’s median household income – can qualify to live in affordable housing communities. Anyone who has a qualified income, meets minimum credit qualifications, passes the background check and meets other eligibility criteria can qualify to live in affordable housing.
