The eight highest-scoring applicants (denoted with an asterisk) are eligible to advance to Phase 3 of the Storefront Cannabis Retail licensing process. Because of the tie for top ranking, the nine applications which scored 100 points will be eligible to proceed to Phase 3. The remaining two licenses will be awarded after evaluation via City Manager panel interviews.

The City is currently in the process of updating the procedures for the above license types. Interested parties are encouraged to visit this webpage regularly for further updates, including estimated dates for opening application windows. At this time the City is not accepting applications for Manufacturing, Distribution, Cultivation, or Testing Lab licenses.
