Oceanside Parks Impact Fee Update Nexus Study

The City is updating the Parks Impact Fee that is charged for new development. This nexus study and the fee will be presented to the Parks and Recreation Commission at the regularly scheduled meeting on September 9 at 6 pm. Anyone wishing to provide comment on the nexus study and the Parks Impact Fee can attend the public meeting, or send an e-mail to recadmin@oceansideca.org prior to September 9. The City Council will consider the Park Impact Fee Recommendation at a future Public Hearing.
