Overview

The El Corazon Senior Center is a centralized location in Oceanside that provides a variety of senior programming based on improving health and wellness. Programming includes table tennis, walking trails, and more. Our on-site Fitness Center also contributes to our location and can offer an active lifestyle for any senior because there is no limit on life!

El Corazon Fitness Room

The El Corazon Fitness Room or "EC Fit" for short, is the facility's 900 square foot, private gym facility that includes a combination of cardio and resistance equipment. Machines have been selected to "fit" YOUR lifestyle with selections such as a "walk-through" recumbent bike, total body trainer with swivel seat, and a circuit configuration that guides even the most novice member through an excellent workout. EC Fit operates daily, Monday through Friday, for drop-in self-guided workouts.

Tile Program

Help support the El Corazon Senior Center by purchasing a beautiful glass tile. The Tile Fundraiser kicked off in September 2006 and has continued to raise needed funding to help purchase programming equipment now that the facility is open. Please join the many other happy customers and buy your tile today. Tiles are available in three sizes and a variety of colors.
