Request for Proposals for the Lease of Real Property in the Oceanside Harbor, 1395 1/2 Harbor Drive North

Due January 12, 2026

The Oceanside Harbor District has issued Request for Proposals (RFP) for the lease of building space (80 SF), located at 1395 1/2 Harbor Drive North, in the Oceanside Harbor Marina, in the City of Oceanside.  Use of the Subject Property shall be for the purpose of operating and maintaining a marina related business serving the visitors to the Oceanside Harbor.  Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm, Monday, January 12, 2026.  Please direct any questions you may have to Julie Cook at (760) 435-5165.  The Oceanside Harbor District retains the right to modify or suspend all aspects of the selection and negotiating process and to waive any defects as to form or content of the offering or any responses that are received.
