All design and construction projects related to water, sewer, and recycled water are subject to all requirements as listed in the Water, Sewer, and Recycled Water Design and Construction Manual.

ATTENTION:

• As of September 2024, City of Oceanside approved materials list is currently being revised. It is highly recommended that all parties coordinate with the City’s Water Utilities Inspector to ensure the correct parts, configurations, and procedures are followed. The latest approved material list may be requested from the Water Utilities Inspector.
• The City is no longer accepting removable data storage devices (i.e. thumb-drives, memory sticks, CD's, etc.) for required submissions, including CCTV and documents. We are only accepting online submissions via shared drives, site links, or similar formats.
