CropSWAP Program
The City of Oceanside is now a partner in the regional CropSWAP program. CropSWAP promotes sustainable and efficient agricultural practices with financial incentives for switching to lower water-use crops, upgrading irrigation systems, and adopting agricultural best management practices such as mulching, nutrient management, and cover crops.
