Water-based? Oil-based? Regardless of the paint type, Oceanside residents can properly dispose of paint at Waste Management’s Recycling Center (2880 Industry Street) on scheduled Saturdays by appointment only. Residents may bring up to 15 gallons of paint per visit. Proof of residency is required.
