A Regional Stay at Home Order was announced by state officials, due to the ICU bed capacity in the Southern California region dropping below 15%. The Order went into effect Monday, December 7, and will last until the region’s ICU capacity meets or exceeds 15%. The order will be assessed by the state on a daily basis.
Essential businesses such as supermarkets, grocery stores, laundromats and pharmacies will remain open.
Parks, beaches and hiking and bike trails remain open. Other outdoor activities are permitted, but a face mask and social distancing is required. For more information, please visit the San Diego County Public Health website or the State of California COVID webpage.
