Drought Update - Landcape watering now limited to 2 days per week.  Governor Brown’s executive order for mandatory water use reductions is a clear indication that we need to step up our conservation efforts. To achieve Oceanside's assigned cutback of 20%, significant changes will need to be made, including reducing watering days to two days per week and eliminating water waste.  Watering days are limited to Tuesdays and Saturdays for single-family residential homes or Mondays and Thursdays for apartments, condos, businesses, and public agencies.  See link above for additional restrictions. Thank you for doing your part to ensure we meet the State mandate and for helping to make Oceanside a more water efficient community.

City expands use of recycled waterThe Oceanside Water Department is embarking on an aggressive recycled water program over the next 10 years. The program will concert and add new recycled water pipelines, upgrade a pump station, add a storage reservoir and a new recycled treatment and metering station.
