|Purpose:||The Manufactured Home Fair Practices Commission approves potential rent increases for mobile home park spaces regulated under Chapter 16B of the Oceanside Municipal Code.|
Special Advisory for all Commission meetings beginning May 7, 2020 until further notice
This meeting will be conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order 29-20 relating to the COVID-19 virus. That order suspends several provisions of the Brown Act related to telephonic participation by the Commissioners, staff members, and the public. Due to applicable Public Health Orders issued by the County Health Officer, the City Council Chambers will not be open to the public and Commissioners have the option of participating by Zoom teleconferencing. Members of the public can watch or participate in the meeting through Zoom.
If you would like to speak on an agenda item during the Manufactured Home Fair Practices Commission you must email the City Clerk (CityClerk@OceansideCA.org) by 4 PM on the day of the meeting. Please provide the City Clerk your name and the item number you wish to comment on. If you plan to call into the meeting, you must also provide the telephone number you will be using. You must be logged on to the Zoom meeting by phone or online to speak. When it is your turn to comment, the City Clerk will call you by name or phone number.
If you wish to provide a comment to the Manufactured Home Fair Practices Commission, but are not interested in speaking during the meeting, you may email your comments to the City Clerk (CityClerk@OceansideCA.org). All comments must be sent via email by 4 PM on the day of the meeting. All timely received comments will be provided to the Commission prior to the meeting and made a part of the record of the meeting. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE COMMENTS WILL NOT BE READ ALOUD DURING THE MEETING.
