My Oceanside Online Service Request Portal

With our online request portal, you can:

Creating a request is simple!  First, create a free account at PublicStuff – Online Service Request System.  This will allow you to track progress of your request.  Once you create your account, you can submit requests and track their progress at www.publicstuff.com.  

On the go? Submit requests via mobile device!  Free apps are available in the Apple and Android stores, search on My Oceanside, or use the links below.

                                

Tips:

  • Stay Safe!!  Never use your mobile device for these, or any, apps while driving!
  • Many data plans are more than adequate for photo submission; check your plan to verify.

*If you experience issues with the My Oceanside app, here's how to fix:

For both iPhone and Android: an updated version 4.3.0 is now available. Please upgrade from the Apple or Google Play app store.

For Android: if you are an existing user, you will need to completely uninstall the app before upgrading (the app leaves behind cached data):
   1. Go to Settings > General
   2. Select “Apps & notifications,” “Application Manager,” or “Apps,” depending on your version of Android
   3. Tap App Info
   4. Select My Oceanside and tap Storage
   5. Select “Clear data” and/or “Clear cache.” There may also be a “Manage data” option to clear additional data. 

Now you can Uninstall to prepare your phone for the upgrade.
